WARNING: BEWARE of Long Beach Mini's Warranty Coverage Services!!!

onBeware of warranty coverage!
Took my wife's mini for a warranty service and was asked twice for a credit card to cover the loaner car. Had to explain both times that I was in for a warranty service and that the loaner car should be covered by the dealer.
Was also tricked into a calibration serivce that "had to be done" in order to determine the transmission sticking at 50 MPH. Because I was so busy at work, I gave the go ahead only to find out from my wife that the service was already done (by our auto mechanic) and the dealer should've had my records. Ended up paying $138 for a serice I didn't need. Shortly after I got ripped off, I also got a call that my transmission fluid had to be changed for about $500 because there was a knocking noise. (There was no knocking noice when I picked up the car). Called the wife to find out the serivce was done already (along with the calibration).
Worst part of the service was that, after the calibration and after calling out the fact that both the calibration and the transmission fluid serice was done, the dealer could no longer find the problem. When picking up the car, they were ready for some serious complaints and simply routed me to http://www.mini.com... Shortly thereafter, I received an automated call indicating that their records indicated that I needed service that they recommended.
Fool me once, shame on Long Beach Mini.... fool me twice, shame on me... I've reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau.
Ridiculous scam!
