We bought our 2021 Subaru Forester Limited from Shingle Springs Subaru in February 2024 even though there are other Subaru dealers closer to where we live in Roseville.
We are completely satisfied with the experience and with the way Timā¦ and Jeff handled the whole transaction. All our questions were answered and we will definitely be visiting them again when we need another car.
Omar handled the finance end of the transaction and we are also extremely satisfied with the way he walked us through finalizing the purchase.
We can't say enough good things about Shingle Springs Subaru. If they are a little further away from you I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip!

by Joe on 03/27/2024We bought some window deflectors online from Shingle Springs Subaru and I included a note that we were going to schedule a service appointment to have them installed. I scheduled a service appointment online for 9:00 AM today to have themā¦ install the window deflectors and included a note their parts department had them on order. They were done and we were on our way by 10:15 AM. Mike, the service advisor was super friendly and helpful and made the visit overall a successful visit. And they charge a very reasonable rate! We are very happy with their sales and service and will be bringing our car there for service from now on!Pay a lot and no car wash
by Linda N on 02/26/2024Routine service cost more than $100 without a courtesy car wash, not good customer service experience. Iām sure customers would pay a little more to receive a nice car wash. Another thing, service providers should meet with customer afterā¦ work performed to go over brake, tire, etc levels and any future concerns customer needs to know, not good customer service experience. Cannot recommend this dealer to a friend.Awesome Service

When it came in, we had a refreshingly easy transaction. The deal was the deal. No last minuteā¦ add-ons once we were in person. If you want a good car buying ag a fair price, give these guys a try.Bad Experience
by unhappy on 06/14/2023$6500 estimate for a 'check engine light' diagnosis. They didn't really diagnose the problem, just figured if I threw enough money at it, the problem would disappear. I went to a mechanic and my car got taken care of for $1500. Needlessā¦ to say, a very bad experience at Shingle Springs Subaru ServiceRoutine Service

It was so easy only 3 month to come in and a phone from Tim Gonzales saying it was in . I was able to pick up the next day . Itā¦ beautiful, powerful , and fun to drive. by smackers on 08/06/2009Shingle Springs Subaru in CA. I dealt with Chuck. He is a typical sales guy. Told me how much he would give me for my trade in, then revoked his offer after talking to his "Manager". I got up to walk out and he met me half way on the new,ā¦ lower price. Service dept sucks. I asked about an alignment and they sent me to Big-O. then when I said they should cover the cost as I was told it was a bad alignment, they said they would have covered it under warranty, but since they did not see the car they could not. I have heard the same story from others, they do not live up to their promises. I will not be purchasing from them again. I will go down the hill and find a dealer who wants my business and will keep a customer happy.Great new car buying experience!
by collector2ne on 02/25/2014updated 08/30/2025After looking for a specific Subaru model and color within 200 miles of Sacramento and being told by several dealers that it did not exist, I was pleased to locate the precise vehicle and equipment in the on-line inventory at Shingleā¦ Springs. I requested the "internet price" and within a couple of hours had a reply and a price. The price presented was excellent, as much as $2,000 less then other dealers "e price" and $500 less than the best TruCar dealer price. Aaron, the Internet Sales Director, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. This very pleasant, haggle free process including the trade-in appraisal, financing and the new car orientation the entire process took only about 2 hours, a speed record in my book for new car purchases. This was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Aaron to anyone interested in purchasing a new Subaru.Nice low-pressure dealership for Subaru and Nissan

In our experience it's a low-pressure environment where the sales people are helpful but not pushy. We easily came to terms on a fair price and theā¦ paperwork was relatively painless. We didn't use the internet sales option, we just walked onto the lot, but we'd done our research on Edmunds ahead of time and went in knowing what a fair price would be. The only advice I would give is to decide ahead of time if you want an extended warranty or not.Fairly priced, good quality, nice to work with

Pricing is in line with other shops and the work seems to be well done and timely. The people have always beenā¦ courteous, competent, helpful and nice to work with.
