I had an appt for my 15k mile service this past weekend. I appreciate the customer service at Santa Monica Lexus, Patrick Levenson assisted me with my car. He was professional, quick and made the process easy and smooth. Although the quote he gave me was a bit higher than I paid, I have no complaints. This was a good experience. My car was ready when promised and I look forward to future service with Santa Monica Lexus.
