Lexus Santa Monica

I purchased my ct200h here after a ridiculous experience at Lexus Keyes on Van Nuys and their inept sales people (specifically the internet sales person). After coming close to having a deal at Lexus South bay but not closing, I decided to go to Santa Monica at the last minute and went with the intention of holding out for the South bay offer. My sales person was Trey H. and he was knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy in the least. I got there late and he stayed with me way past closing so that everything would go as smooth as possible and it did. I was never rushed and he encouraged me to take my time. They gave me a better deal on my trade in than both carmax and another dealer and met my budget for the vehicle. I drove away feeling good and now several days later, after the nervousness of purchasing a new car has passed, I am confident I made the right decision. Thanks to not only Trey but to the manager (I believe his name is Joel or Joey but can't remember exactly). Definite recommend.
