onI brought in my 2011 MC Clubman because the check engine indicator was ON and the radiator fan continued to run even after shutting down the engine. It did not matter if drove 100 miles or 1 mile or even just firing the engine and shutting it down, the fan will run for about 5 minutes (even in cold weather). Anyway, I brought it in and Jose (Pepe) Cortez helped me. He mentioned that a few TSBs and recalls are required to be performed on my car and they will take care of those for free and that they will provide a loaner. Up to this point, the service I experienced would be routine or ordinary in comparision to any dealerships but what sets MINI of Stevens Creek apart was how extra responsive they were. Patricia worked with me on the phone to ensure I had an apptointment that was OK with my timeframe anf that I had a loaner. Pepe also updated me twice with detailed information as to what was performed on my car. He was not rushing or shortcutting his explanations. Now the best part, after I picked up my car, drove to work and drive back home, my car registered an engine malfunction fault. Obviously, this worried me. The dealership was closed but I emailed Pepe and left a VM requesting for immediate help and rush appt with a loaner. I was not expecting Pepe to reply the same night, I was hoping he would see my email or VM in the morning and then call me but he replied and confirmed that I can come the following day - that is being responsive and caring for your clients!!! When I emailed him again that morning to remind him I am on my way, Pepe replied again confirming that he will be available to help. Super! Five stars for client accomodation and service. I hope the work performed will be the same way - to be updated later.
