Several friends recommended MINI of Stevens Creek and we couldn't be happier. Fernando made our transaction quick and painless. He's very approachable and easy to reach. He patiently answers all my silly questions. He truly wants to make the customer happy. Loved the weekly updates regarding where the car was in the building and shipping process. I'm even looking forward to dealing with the service department since I hear such good things about them.
