Stevens Creek Toyota

i took my car in just for it's 20k check up and it took me 5 days to get my car back. they ended up having to replace a part, which was ordered wrong, and then when replaced meant they had to drain my gas tank. they didn't fill my tank up afterwards, and trash was left in my car from the guys who had done the service. also, i was excited to get a few extras installed - needless to say i've just had them taken back out because the employee that helped me didn't understand how anything worked and so told me everything would work, which it didn't. an expensive waste of time, without any apologies. when i finally said i wanted them taken out, that i'd have the technology put in cheaper by someone who knew how it even worked, they just let me go. ridiculously poor and uninformed service all around.
