A miserable car buying experience, followed by regret for supporting a bad business. I can say first hand that I have endured both elective and emergency medical surgery that was less stressful, and less painful then my car buying experience at Steven's Creek Honda. Every interaction with the staff entangles you more with their tar baby of deceit leading up to the inevitable bait and switch on final price. In hindsight I realize that the very act of acknowledging any employee there is akin to placing your head in the mouth of a feeding great white shark, or large hungry alligator. They are soulless, and single minded. Honda makes great cars, buy yours elsewhere.
