Spectacular service and a problem finally found

My BMW (not a new one) periodically ran excessively rough in high temperatures and countless BMW repair shops could find no problem.
Finally, I left it with Niello with small hope of a diagnosis but they stayed with it until they found the problem.
All earlier attempts to have it repaired amounted to the dealerships telling me to bring it back when it happened again, but Niello took "ownership" of the BMW issue, kept me informed, and gratefully fixed the problem.
I would not have expected such great service from the dealership that had not even sold me the car.
