The internet sales department manager and Finance guy were the best guys to work with. I was in and out of showroom with my new car under 1.5 hrs! They offered the best deal out of any dealers in the bay area or the sacramento area for up to 200 miles! No brainer. Super happy with my purchase!

A Thankfully Stress Free Purchase

It was pleasantly surprising to have a car buying experience that involved an excellent salesman (Bill) that never mislead me or put unnecessary pressure on me to buy options I didn’t need. He was funny and honest, and gave me a great deal right off the bat that was fair. Overall, the whole process went perfectly. Not once did I feel like I was being ripped off.

Great place to buy a car

No hard selling and everyone I interacted with was relaxed and and engaging. Maita Mazda doesn't have the factory assembly line feeling of many dealerships. This may be because Maita Mazda is still family owned and that the eldest member of the family (in his 90s I believe) still stops by the dealerships regularly. Or maybe it's just good management. Either way, I wasn't pressured to make a quick or hasty decision. As a bonus, Maita provides the first year of service for free. I'm a repeat Maita customer and will be again.

Easy, no pressure. Soliv Noonan (sales) was wonderful at giving us all the information on the vehicle. Scott Ikesaki (fin manager) was incredible with our trade and getting us a excellent rate for finance. Even after having to stay late to close the deal. There was no rush to get us out the door. Solvi still went over the entire electronics of the car with us and let me know that if I had question to just come back or call and she would help me with any of it. I couldn't have ask for a better team to work with. They made this car buying experience easy and delightful. I will be recommend them to anyone.
