I was originally going to buy a Ford Bronco for a new car. When driving by Honda I saw a Gorgeous car in Still night blue. My husband and I decided to stop and take a look because my interest was peaked. Rey was the sales person who helped us. We were able to drive a few different vehicles and I really fell in love with the Honda cr v hybrid that Rey showed us. I would never have thought about buying a hybrid but this car is incredible. It will help us save so much money on gas every month. With the economy the way it is we need every penny we can save. Rey did not pressure us at all and he was very patient when I had trouble deciding on a color lol.

Oil change and A/C service

Took my 2017 Civic in for an oil change and to have the a/c checked out because it wasn’t blowing cold air. Service advisor Samantha mentioned a Honda service bulletin regarding a factory defect in the a/c condenser and a leaking shaft seal. Honda extended the warranty on these parts to 10 years. My a/c was checked out and verified that these were the faulty parts. The condenser and shaft seal were replaced at no charge to me and I am now enjoying cold air again. Thank you Samantha and the service department crew for a job well done. I have taken my Honda for service at Roseville AutoNation Honda since it was new and have always been pleased with the quality of service.

Internet Sales Review

Working with the Internet sales team was a great experience. There was no haggling over the price or features of the vehicle. When we arrived, the car was ready, detailed, and had a full gas tank. The salesperson, Leo, did an excellent job and spent quality time showing us how to use the car's features. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks. Leo is the first person I have spoken with who truly understands the car's features and explained why the stereo speakers take a few weeks to break in. I highly recommend Roseville Auto Nation Honda and will be a repeat customer.

Friendly and accommodating

I had an appointment and met with Santiago. Whenever you go to a dealer it’s gonna be an all day event. this was no different. However, I did have my grandkids with me and Santiago went and bought them lunch.. I seem like a big deal but when someone can’t treat your kids important, it’s important to me.

I highly recommend Roseville Honda. My first time ever purchasing a Honda.( I’ve been a Toyota owner for years.) from the minute I walked in to look at a car I felt welcomed and not pressured. Every employee I worked with from my sales person, management, and financing showed absolute fabulous customer service. This dealership definitely goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I did feel like not only a customer, but a part of the Honda family.

When we went to trade in my husband's old car and buy him a 2024 Civic, we worked with Leo Medina as our sales rep. He was so helpful and friendly, I went back two weeks later to trade in my car and get a 2024 CRV Hybrid and specifically made sure I was working with Leo again. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He helped us get a great deal both times without making us feel pressured at all. Wesley is finance also helped me get the sevice and coverage I wanted while staying within my budget. If you're buying a Honda, I will always recommend this dealership.

It started out as a bad day personally, and I ended up being late for my appointment to look at the vehicle I was considering purchasing. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait, the salesmen Leo, was available and ready to show me the vehicle. We took it for a test drive, he explained all The bells and whistles and we had a great conversation. I didn’t expect to leave with my new to me car but he made it happen. All the employees I came in contact were friendly, professional and easy going, no pressure at all! And I ended up driving off in my new to me car!
