Excellent Service at Roseville Automall Honda

onThe attention to duty that I received from my Service Adviser Randy Mitchell was second to none. He was very enthusiastic and sincere in finding out what was caused the vibration problem on my 2012 V6 Crosstour. It turned out to be a rear engine motor mount. The mount was replaced within a reasonable time frame and my vibration problem is a thing of the past. Thanks to the mechanic who did the work and to Randy who made sure the problem was fixed.
