Everything went perfect

I had noticed a 2020 CS in Edmonds online Porsche dealer ad with Riverside Porsche. I inquired online and received a phone text from Tony Nguyen, saying the car had recently been through the certification program and was available. Tony made the transaction seamless, all while providing first class customer service. He explained the car throughout the process, and there is quiet a bit of information needed with these cars. Tony was prompt on return calls and made an effort to let me know he was available anytime. I made the deal from my couch in West Sacramento, and Tony made me comfortable throughout the process. These cars are expensive and Tony represents Porsche with class. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Riverside Porsche and especially Mr. Tony Nguyen.

Great experience working with Austin

The team was very responsive. Austin Day went above and beyond, and made the process easy. I bought the car sigh unseen and had it shipped to the Bay Area. I wouldn’t have done that if Austin hadn’t done such a nice job building trust.

First off let me start by saying there are 5 Porsche dealerships within 30 minutes of my home. I was hesitant to drive all the way to Riverside from Pasadena but I am SO glad I did. The sales, finance and delivery teams were all incredible. In the future this is the ONLY place I will buy a Porsche. Thanks to Carlos Escobedo, Jeremy Bishop, Sherman Sims and Andy Bartoli. This is what a car buying experience should be like. A+++++

This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience for my husband and I! Not a lot of people can say buying a car is stress free. But Rob Owen in sales, Adam Avalos in finance, and Alexis Trujillo did just that! Also, through my extensive research, this dealer also has the best pricing in Porsche than other dealers in so cal. Thank you for being so amazing!!

Awesome Experience with Austin Day

We found a used Macan that was a CPO at Porsche Riverside. I initially made arrangements to see it. A personal event happened that forced me to cancel. The next day, the day I was scheduled to test drive it, one of the Porsche Brand Ambassadors, Austin Day, sent me a personal video of the Macan. He addressed me by name and showed off all of the features and the condition of the car. The video and the effort that he put in for me personally was awesome. We made arrangements to see the Macan once again. This time, we made sure that it was going to be with Austin Day. We had a good feeling about him from the video, and meeting him in person didn't disappoint. Throughout our time and subsequent purchase, Austin was a pleasure to deal with. He has a great personality and is forthright in answering anything that you may ask. Not once did we feel like he was selling us a car. We felt like he was doing his best to help us find the right car for us. There is a difference, and it's huge. In fact, everyone we spoke with there made us feel like they were there to help us. I cannot say enough good things about our buying experience at Porsche Riverside and especially with Austin Day. His attention to detail and care toward his customers was second to none. We look forward to the time when we can seek out his assistance in helping us find our next Porsche.

I have purchased several cars from Porsche Riverside and, as always, they are top notch. Their whole staff is always inviting and friendly. Taylor Ferguson is my sales associate whom I recently order a new car, and has gone above and beyond to help me through the ordering process (those that have ordered a Porsche know how overwhelming it can be). He is always very responsive when I have question and very knowledgable about the car. I am really looking forward to my delivery in the near future. You expect great service and care from a brand like Porsche and Riverside Porsche doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend Riverside Porsche, give Taylor a call he is a great guy and great help.
