During service of vehicle staff advised us of engine knock. They provided estimates of amount of work, repair time and costs. They provided a loaner vehicle and performed the work. They kept us informed of status. Once completed, we discovered a remaining issue which required another loaner vehicle and several days time. They staff was very professional, courteous, informative and true to their word. The service manager took the time to explain in layman's terms the concerns and anticipated fix. Great service. Great people.
