We worked with Gabe, who was really great with informing us about the van we were interested in, giving us answers to all of our questions, and helping us coordinate our purchase even on his day off. The other people who helped us in the finance department were great as well. They presented us with our options, but never tried to hard sell us on anything. My wife and I both hate pushy sales, and we were relieved that the staff at Poway Honda never got pushy, and only seemed eager to help. We would definitely visit them again for future sales and service.

By far the best dealer experience we've ever had. Esteban was very easy to work with when we bought our car. I told him (over text) what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay and that was that! At the dealer, we were in and out faster than every other time we've bought a car. You always want to work with people who are accommodating and not pushy. That was Rhodel in finance. The sales manager James was an absolute pleasure to speak with. For how much we saved vs.what we could've paid other dealers, we definitely recommend others shop here!

Honda CRV Hybrid

I've only had my car for a couple weeks but so far it's been pretty frustrating. The owners manual is pretty confusing. I still haven't been able to increase the volume of calls coming through my car. I can't even answer my phone because the volume is so low that I can't hear the person talking. The volume button only works for the radio not incoming calls. I expected to get a car with navigation and find out when I get home that it doesn't have it. I was really disappointed that the car didn't come with a spare tire or even something to inflate the tire. When I asked the salesperson what do I do when I get a flat tire, his response was, "Do you have AAA?" I do have it, but it's not going to do me any good if I get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere with no cell reception, which has already happened to me once!
