Honda of Pasadena

I used the edmunds new car price service which provided a quote for Honda of Pasadena. I also used Costco. I met Veronica and ask first for the Costco price. It was not half as good as the Edmunds lowest quote. Veronica printed the costco quote of 24,975, to which she had added a Dealer installed Alarm for 675.00 I then told Veronica that I also had a quote from edmunds and asked her to provide her best Price. She came back with 23,700 but would only hand write that one number on the back of the costco printed quote. This was a waste of time, I told her that Edmunds provided 3 quotes and hers was still 1100 over for the exact same sticker price. I asked Veronica again for her best price, because they didn't give me what was already committed by the car buying service and she was still 1000.00 higher, I called the other dealers provided by Edmunds and they happily provided a quote over the phone and sent lower quotes to my email.
