We dropped our car off for service & it was finished earlier than promised. All service employees were extremely polite & had our vehicle ready & waiting for us when we got there to pick it up. Great experience with Subaru of Ontario. We went to this dealership not planning on purchasing a vehicle, we just wanted to compare with other vehicles we test drove. They had exactly what we needed and checked everything on our list and were still able to work with us on the price. The staff was very accommodating and did not pressure us whatsoever. A very pleasant buying experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Ontario Subaru. Our sales representative was very patient with us and fought for the best deal. We didn’t feel pressured by him or his managers. I was at another dealership earlier in the day and left because we felt they were pushing us to purchase a car. They even sent in the middle man, aka shark. Lol. I had previously communicated with our sales rep, Albert via internet and we decided to pay him a visit. Upon arriving at Ontario Subaru, Albert greeted us and assisted with our purchase. He is a laid back sales rep who works hard to make sure you are comfortable with the final deal. Highly recommend Ontario Subaru.
