Rydell Chevrolet

I searched across 4 different states (CA, NV, UT and AZ) to locate the 2023 Chevy Tahoe with vehicles specs and options that I wanted. I spoke with at least 8 different Chevy dealerships to determine if the vehicles shown in their online inventory were available and what the dealer's asking price was. Most of the vehicles were in transit to the dealers and already spoken for. If the vehicle was still available, the dealerships were asking for markups on the MSRP of $2,500 up to $7,500 and in order to secure the vehicle prior to delivery wanted me to fully purchase and pay for the vehicle. In my opinion, the dealer markups were unreasonable and demonstrated a sense of greed by the dealership and the full payment upfront demonstrated a lack of integrity. I contacted Rydell Chevrolet and they had one Tahoe in transit with nearly similar options to the vehicle I wanted. I spoke with the Internet Manager who quickly located the vehicle in transit, provided a breakdown on the pricing and confirmed that Rydell does not add a dealer markup to the vehicle's MSRP. In addition, Rydell was only asking for a fully refundable $1,000 deposit to secure the vehicle prior to delivery. After considering the Rydell vehicle for a day, I decided to place the deposit to secure the my planned purchase and was put in touch with a Sales Associate, Mark Torres. Mark was extremely helpful and easy to work with, especially communicating by text message, allowing me to not be overly distracted during my work day. Mark also applied no pressure to me to make the purchase and even offered to delivery the vehicle from Los Angeles to Las Vegas where I live, a 300-mile distance. We completed the deposit over the phone and the vehicle actually arrived to the dealership earlier than the anticipated delivery date. Mark continued his great communication up until the delivery date, including sending pictures and videos of the vehicle to me as I was unable to see the vehicle in person prior to final delivery. We set the delivery date and Mark promptly drove the 300 miles and arrived on time that day. The paperwork for the purchase was filled out prior to his arrival which allowed for a quick transaction. Mark walked me through the features of the vehicle, we shook hands and he was on his way. Overall, this transaction was extremely smooth, no hassles and very seemless. Mark made what would have been a 11-hour day to drive out to LA, make the purchase and then drive back to Las Vegas a 1-hour transaction in my home which was amazing. He was very friendly and Rydell was fantastic with the transaction. I would highly recommend Rydell to anyone looking for a vehicle and will use them in the future for my next purchase if possible. Mark also only has 6-months experience as a Sales Associate, however he handled the entire process like a seasoned professional. Thanks again!
