rude manager

Were looking for a 2011 Toyota Rav4 in a hard to find color. I found, via Edmunds.com, that they had the car. I emailed to confirm it, and asked for their price. at the same time, we had engaged a buying service and paid them $500 to buy the car for us, if they could find it. they called Jimmy Vasser the next day and were to get it for us. We told the dealership that we wanted to go through the buying service (as they are closer to us and we had paid them already). the price they were going to sell it to us via the buying service was another $500 more than they quoted me if sold directly to me. when the buying service called them back to get the lower price, the saleman left the phone off the hook as he spoke with the manager. The manager was heard by our buying service to swear "[violative content deleted] the (our family name) [violative content deleted] the buying service..." He went on and on saying he would never deal with us. They lost our business for now and forever. Rude, Crude and unprofessional. Toyota Marin is excellent.... by the way. See Tyler Toler there- I have bought 2 cars from him. Nice, very knowledgable and no pressure.
