I drove from San Diego up to Yosemite in my newly acquired 2022 Outback XT. Modesto identified issues with this vehicle that went undetected at the Subaru dealer I purchased it from. Over all it has been great. But, one time they did not return the lug nut key back on my car. If I had a flat, I would not be able to change my tire. I had to ask about it. And was told it was in the glove box..it was not, they had it all along. Second time on another vehicle, they did not install one of the lug nuts on front tire. Had to return to have it put back on. Need to be able to trust and not have to recheck all their work. I hope every thing else was done correctly.

I schedule an appointment to change my tires. I was greeted by Edmunds and review the service before render. after he proved me a tour of the waiting area. I waited there until my car was ready. He provided me again a review of the service and I payed. Super easy.

I had to call and call to get information on the status of my vehicle. I was told a lie that my husband had been called and was spoken to. He was not. The paperwork I received said I declined to have them address a brake fluid issue. I did not I was not informed of this My extra key no longer works. The work that was done is fine but I was very unhappy with the communication and how I was made to feel.

It was easy to schedule my appointment on line and so glad they were able to do it on a Saturday. Very friendly and didn't have to wait when I arrived for the service. Brought in air filter to show it needed to be changed and asked if it was alright to change. They explained what was done after service was done.

It took 3 visits to find out why my “check engine light “ always kept coming on, after a rodent sabatoge the engine compartment. The staff have been very patient and courteous the whole time while I was trying to be patient as well.
