Was shopping for a new car. Wanted a car from ___ or Nissan. Stopped by ____ in Modesto first. Walked around the lot to look for the car I wanted. Car was nowhere to be found. Finally, a Salesperson pops up just when I was about to leave. He asked for the car I wanted. Salesperson was not sure. He went inside to inquire. He responded: Car was a limited edition and no longer in stock. _____ Salesperson did not recommend a car that was either similar, newer in version nor did he question my needs/preferences. I left in Flash. Stopped by Nissan. Instantly, staff was Friendly and inviting: Melissa. She was helpful from the get-go. She recommended and led me to a whole row/stock of the cars similar to what I wanted/needed. She introduced me to Salesman, Pete D., who knew more about the product and who inquired about my preferences/needs. I already knew the car, the color and the features I wanted. Pete did not hesitate to answer ALL my questions and he thoroughly explained the car and its features: interior and exterior. Pete was very patient and informative. I was offered to customize the car: its features, the equipments and the exact color I wanted. When a car feature was not available, Pete and his Manager went above and beyond to compensate for what was lacking and made other features and equipments available to me. They offered deals/discounts I could not refuse. The Negotiation process was quick and easy. They not only met my offer they went below it, by $10! Finance Manager, Enrique, handled the paper work process smoothly and with courtesy. I like that he smiled a lot, was calm and patient as well. Mind you, I ask a lot of questions. I appreciate Enrique for the great car service deals! They had my future car w/ all its features/equipments and the exact color about 500+ miles away. The car was here the next day; all brand new, clean and with a tank full of gas. I got in the car w/ Pete and he explained all the car controls, he even set up my Bluetooth, which I have never used before! He even helped me set up a Nissan account online and he showed me how to make appointments for the future, ex: oil change services. After two weeks or so, I took the car in to install its additional equipment/features and even the service staff department was prompt, warm, and friendly: Danny. Pete D., Enrique, Melissa and Danny took really great care of me. They are very friendly, considerate-attentive to my needs, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate them. This team made my car shopping experience/service extremely enjoyable and just right. Special Thanks to Pete for his humor and his commitment to excellent customer service. The staff without a doubt made the difference toward the decision to purchase my car at Central Valley Nissan. I highly recommend Central Valley Nissan and Pete D.
