Scam Dealership -- AVOID!!

What an incredibly terrible experience I had @ Toyota DTLA. I was lied to, received terrible customer service and was overcharged by 5k. What a joke of a dealership, and truly concerning that they treat their customers this way. As a customer, I have never been treated that way and was truly shocked by their lack of accountability and the numerous lies that were bottom line deceitful. Be careful for Juan, Duban and Jason. All they want is your money and they will say anything to overcharge you, deceive you and leave you empty handed.
