Honda of Downtown Los Angeles

Everyone I spoke to at Honda of Los Angeles were upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable, from Jasmine, who answered the phone, to the sales managers Liz and Jessie, to Sailyn who worked with me on the sale of my new 2015 Honda Fit EX, and Tanya in finance. I was in a car accident, which left me with a totaled car. I was rattled and stressed about about being in the accident, let alone figuring out how to replace my old car. Up until now I had never purchased a brand new car. I was absolutgley dreading the car buying process. I test drove practically every car in the subcompact category, dealt with pushy sales people, sales people who didn't care, sales people who said whatever it took to "earn my business" to get me in the store... The Honda of Los Angeles DTLA made it way less painless than I anticipated. Everyone was supportive, and patient with my endless number of questions. I didn't feel pushed, patronized or silly for asking financial questions. Working with Sailyn was awesome; he was very genuine. I highly recommend him! My experience with Honda of Los Angeles DTLA was awesome. Its a peppy little car, that has an easy time parking and maneuvering, and its great on gas. All the extra features included in EX (that are not included in the base model) are well worth the extra money. There is so much more bang for your buck with the Fit EX than the other sub compacts out there. I love my Fit EX... in white orchid pearl, of course!
