The easiest car purchase I've ever made

We purchased a 2015 Santa Fe Sport in March, 2015. We began the process through the internet sales manager, Doug Henshel. I had done a lot of homework prior to meeting with Doug, expecting the traditional song-and-dance sales process. Doug was not available when I wanted to take a test drive, but he arranged a time for us to take our test drive through one of the floor managers. I felt a little pressured by the floor manager to negotiate a deal with him that day, which nearly pushed me to walk away, but after reminding him a third time I would be dealing with Doug he backed off his sales efforts. When we met with Doug the next day, what a pleasant surprise it was to deal with only one sales person with no back-and-forth runs to the "back room." The negotiations were low-pressure and painless. Doug was very transparent and easy to deal with. After coming to an agreed-upon price, we told Doug we needed to consider the offer over night and would contact him the next day. Doug immediately agreed with this and the purchase was completed the next day. If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai, I strongly recommend you use the internet process and ask for Doug Henshel.

Total class and integrity.

An excellent stress free transaction starting with Doug, the fleet manager. He explained the many features of the vehicle and was 100% transparent with all of the numbers involving the price, discounts and trade-in allowance. Doug did everything in his power to accommodate my expectations and delivered an excellent final price which is probably $20k less than this vehicle's peers. I traded in a 2007 Lexus which I had purchased new and the Genesis blows it away. I liked the new LS460 Lexus but also liked having 95% of it and an extra $40k in my pocket. The sales manager, Bobby Calloway introduced himself and is a total gentleman. The experience of buying a Hyundai Genesis from Hyundai of La Quinta was no less than the service I've received in the past with Lexus and Mercedes. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury car to check out the new 2015 Genesis Sedan at Hyundai of La Quinta. Highest rating!

Superb

I recently purchased a 2015 Tucson and had a tremendous experience. I reached out to the internet manager, Doug, for a price quote and he beat every other nearby dealer. He then worked closely with me and his finance team to get me an excellent loan. It was a better deal than I anticipated and will certainly be buying my next car, which I do often, from Hyundai of La Quinta. I recommend that before you go anywhere else, to stop by there first.

Best experience ever!

We spent a lot of time looking for a new hybrid sedan and ended up buy from this dealership based on their awesome warranty, customer service, and honesty in their dealings. Buying a new car can be challenging and it is difficult to know when people are being honest, we never had any doubts during our dealings with Doug and this dealership. The are stand up, honest people. I would recommend them and their service to anyone.

Very Well Done!

Very pleased with Doug throughout the sale/purchase process. He let me proceed at my pace, answered all questions in a timely way and showed great courtesy throughout the process - I was impressed. The final sale paperwork was handled expeditiously. I stopped by the service department and Randy answered questions I had and provided good advice regarding my new Genesis. Hyundai of La Quinta is doing a fine job getting new customers and servicing their vehicles promptly and at a fair price - it's been a very good experience.

Going the Extra Mile

I needed a new car. I was not sure whether to buy or lease. I worked with Doug the Fleet Manager. He was awesome. I spent time with me going over all my options. I decided to buy. I felt like a part of the Hyundai family from the time I met Doug until the time I walked off the lot with my new car. He also went the extra mile to get me a roof rack for my new SUV!
