Mr. Frustrate

Something has seriously changed at my dealership; the communication between the Service-writer and customer has dropped from a five-star service to a one-star. There's nothing more frustrating than being told something will be done by a specific time, and when the service department realizes that it will not be done by the time promised, why is it not possible for a courtesy communication to the customer by way of a text or a phone call, making them aware of the change?

Terrible service at Mercedes Benz of Fresno

There is a constant ticking sound that comes from the engine when I’m accelerating and moving. When I press on the accelerator, but stationary, there is no abnormal sound. I showed that to the dealership and my complaint was accurately documented by the advisor. However, they downplayed played the issue and documented in accurate description of the whole problem. My wife drives a car with a newborn son and I don’t feel safe for her to continue to drive the car like that. I have videos Documenting how the sound comes and it is respective of whether the car is sitting idle and it is respective of the temperature of the engine. This problem has been there since the day I drove the car off the lot and I reached out to them and they just tell me to bring in the car and do nothing about it. Mercedes-Benz of Fresno has really dropped the standards to help the customer. Highly disappointed. My family used to own six Mercedes and we are trying to get rid of each one of them because of such terrible service. Also, a lot of my friends who own Mercedes are trying to get rid of it, and no one is looking to buy a new one due to terrible reputation and lack of intent to help the customers at Mercedes Benz Fresno.

unproductive experiences

I'm not an evil/hateful/grudgy or grudgefull person. (I don't know if grudgy or grudgefull is even a word) I do appreciate and understand a good customer experience and it felt as if this location found it difficult to deliver it to a young Latino potential customer. Coming from a successful sales history myself, I am a fair leader and hope that no one has had even one of the MULTIPLE negative experiences I've had at this business: #1 2011- Salesman ran my credit and I didn't qualify, no problem with that but check out his actions: I was inquiring about a Mercedes Benz E550 and he said "you can not get that vehicle but you can get a different car." "Take these chips so you can leave with something" he had just came back from lunch with a sandwich and chips and he handed me his bag of chips. Unprofessional. #2 2013- While renovation was done on the building I ordered a 2014 slk 55 amg. I was told the vehicle would be here October 2013. October came around and I was told it was coming in November. November 2013 came around and I was told 2nd week of December was the ETA. Adam the new manager asked if i wanted to test drive a different year same model vehicle and i accepted. I waited outside 30 minutes with my girlfriend then I headed in the building and Adam apologized but had no urgency to grab the keys nor offer to drive the car. Unprofessional. #3 2013- The 2014 slk 55 amg finally came in and during negotiations Dave C. raised his voice and gave me a lecture in front of my father and friend and the Mercedes-Benz staff. Finance was ready to go but needless to say the vehicle was not purchased, and now that I think of it I am glad I did not give my hard earned money to a business like this one.
