I took my Dodge nitro in for an oil change and everyone was super friendly the only thing was that I paid $129.00 for detail cleaning of my car and I know that my car had buildup from the outside but there was spots that not even cleaned or touched by water i must say. The carpet was supposed to have been shampooed and the back are seat was not cleaned properly and the dash was not cleaned. I don't know if they were busy or if it was just not done properly. Please tell customers that this process takes hours so when we go pick up the car who ever is working on it does not feel rushed. If you are selling or giving service it should always be 100% quality or don't do it. I will never have this particular service done there again. And don't get me wrong like I said everyone was super friendly and nice.
