Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch

I went to this dealership today to test drive a C63. I was asked question after question to determine if I would be buying today. When I said that I would not be buying a car today, the sales person excused himself to check with his manager about the test drive. When he returned he said that there were not interested in allowing me to drive the car unless I was going to buy today. It was the oddest car shopping experience I have ever had! I told the sales person to let his manager know that I would not be buying a Mercedes from that dealorship. He said, "Fine by me. We're not in the business of letting people go for joy rides." I've purchased a lot of cars over the years, and can honestly say that the attitude of this dealership is the most puzzling thing I've ever come accross! They are clearly focused on the short term, and if you are not going to buy a car that same day then they are not interested in developing a relationship. This is contrary to every high-end dealership I've ver done business with. My advice: Save yourself a HUGE headache, and drive 5 miles away to Mercedes of Laguna Niguel.
