Customer Service is very poor

Bought a car from them, had an issue with the car one month after buying it. Couldn't even get a call back from anyone to say it wasn't covered under the warranty. They dont care about their customers after the car has been bought. No customer Service what so ever. Disappointed in them, especially being a Mercedes Benz dealership. FAIL
