The dealership interaction included initial contact. With Oz the sales manager. We had previous lease experiences with Oz and Folsom Lake Hyundai on two Ioniq hybrids and each was a very reliable and efficient vehicle that provided excellent service with no problems vans plenty of enjoyment. On our third visit to Folsom Lake Hyundai Oz introduced me to Mr. NickJohnson and he carried on the tradition of knowledgeable service aided by his mechanical knowledge from his prior work as a mechanic . He worked through the existing 2023 models and he identified and explained the option of a 2024 Kona N. The Kona N became the choice and Johnson personally picked up the Kona from another location, returned it to Folsom Lake and explained all of the new electronics and mechanical aspects of the Kona. It was a good deal with a good dealership

Mark is a Rock Star

Mark is amazing! He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely considerate to the reality of affording the car’s maintenance; but also careful not to sacrifice the integrity of the car either. I had a lot of things going wrong with the car and it felt like it would never work the same again. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services. The only surprise I had was how affordable my services were going to be and the really great customer care that was provided to me by Mark. Mark had the car back to me the day I rolled it in and the car is still driving like I first got it! Thank you Mark, for saving my day, week, months, years to come! Knowing that the car is back to itself again and also fixed way under budget just made me whole again! That kind of piece of mind will give me years back to my life! Thank you! Very Positive Buying Experience

Our experience from the person who met us at the front entrance and walked us over to sale to the home delivery of the vehicle was very positive. Sales management worked hard to find the right car for us. Adrian, our sales person was sharp, focused, relatable and efficient as the interface with the rest of the staff in the sales process. He also gave an excellent orientation upon delivery of the car. Finance was smooth and timely. The only inconvenience was the ongoing construction of their facility. However that did not keep the Folsom Lake Hyundai personnel from doing their job.

The sales managers were easy to work with & they made the trade with another location to give me the vehicle that I really wanted. Lance was very helpful & he delivered the vehicle to my home that night. However, The finance Dept. man AJ was rude & he didn’t explain the lease agreement when I had asked about the details of the contract.

CPO 2012 Accent sedan: I got a good deal from these guys

Found a certified used (CPO) 2012 Accent (15,000 miles) on internet for just under $14,000 from these guys. Mike A. and Steven E. gave me $1000 trade-in on a horrible old Taurus, and also added a 100,000 mile (or 10 year) BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. All for $13,000. Mike A. is a really nice guy, as is his boss, Steven E. Their finance guy, Mr. S. is also awesome. Purchase was on SUNDAY 4/7/2013. I have never purchased from them, and have never owned or driven a Hyundai before.

complete bait and switch

Go Peoples Hyundai has to be the worst car dealer that I have ever dealt with, and that is saying something because I expect the buying experience to be frustrating. These guys, however, set a new standard on sleaziness. After using edmonds.com to research and send out emails to local dealers requesting a quote, Folsom Hyundai came back with a great price. I was excited and quickly set up an appointment(their internet manager David Coombs only works "by appointment") to drive the car. Lo and behold, when I got there, they didn't have any cars that they could sell for the quoted price--the car I drove was going to be over $2,000 higher. So, I asked if they can get a car in for the price they quoted and subsequently spent a week going back and forth with them--every day they had a new lead that somehow didn't pan out. I finally gave up and bought from a different dealer and I suggest you do the same. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE [violative content deleted]!!!! Ted
