F-150 Suoercab Rattly Door fix

onJosh in service was very diligent and patient and thorough, Bill Bergaus- the Service Director was incredible. Very approachable, kind, he made things happen. Thank you, Bill. I had a faulty door latch on my new F-150 supercab that was rattling 'horribly" It took 4 visits, but finally the latch was replaced... and it is 'quiet'- I can now enjoy driving my new truck.
Thanks ot the engineers at Ford who saw that I had this issue and contacted Josh at FLF to tell him how to fix it.
