AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

My experience with this dealership was AMAZING!! I had initially went to a different Chevy dealership in LA because they were closer, but their service was horrible! Although Chevy in Escondido was a 1.5 hour drive away, i am very happy I went there. I initially spoke with Becky who was great who then connected me with Roman who took care of everything from start to finish. I really, really, really appreciate their service!!! I love my new car. Thanks again for all your help! :)

Bait and switch tactics fuzzy math dealer mark ups

So they had an LT-1 Camaro listed online at a great price. Unfortunately the minute they brought the "closer" guy in several things went bad. Fast. 1. They add dealer bs add-ons to all their cars. This was not advertised. They charge $1393.00 for these add-ons. 1. "clear shield protection package" $395.00 essentially this is some clear plastic they put on hot scratch or chip spots. 2. "roadadvantage theft" these are stickers on the body panels. Thieves have razor blades I have learned. 3. "Exterior and Interior protection" Wax and Scotchguard. LOL. They refuse to remove these items or even negotiate on them. I should have walked then. I almost did. Next up they tell me I qualify for 3.99 financing through GM Financial. But unfortunately I knew the lowest rate is 3.29...And I have an 809 credit score...Miraculously they were able to "call" and get the rate down to 3.29. Then they denied me a GM educator discount. On a Camaro it is supposed to be worth $1750. They kept saying we can only give you $200--but gave me nothing. ZERO NIL 000000000 NADA But Quality was also dumb enough to put that in writing on my incentive sheet which I have a copy of. The wrote "educator discount code GITA 0" I am filing a complaint with GM Financial, GM, Chevy whomever will listen to me till I get satisfaction. Oh, and when I get the GM Purchase and Delivery satisfaction survey.. I am NOT satisfied and I am NOT happy This--on top of all of this the "closer" kept doing fuzzy math and trying to confuse me the whole time. Once I saw the four square and they wanted to just talk payment not PRICE I should have blown a gasket and left. [non-permissible content removed], fraud, I have nothing nice to say. And Quality, if you truly want to talk to me, you have my phone #. Your generic "please contact our sales manager blah blah" response is no good.

Delighted Service Customer

Our experience was very delightful. We received a loaner car so I could get to work quickly after dropping off my vehicle (since it would take a few days to repair). The experience was quite seamless and stress free. Maria Espinoza is incredibly informative and out of all the service advisors I've experienced in my life (I've had 11 cars over the years for different manufacturers), she is the best. Keep up the good work!

Honesty has earned my trust

I was told that the brakes lights were out on my 2006 HHR, but I observed them lighting when the auto tech moved my car. I took a picture on my cell, just so i could refute the charge. After about 15 minutes I was paged and went to the service desk and was surprised to hear that my brake lights were OK. That level of honesty has earned my respect and repeat business. Excellent chance my next car will be a Chevrolet purchased from Quality.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever

This dealership is simply ridiculous, I come in at 11, fill out paperwork, do their bs they run credit and get me approved, then I'm told right before I come to take delivery of the car, that they just sold the car to someone else. In California that's a violation of the deceptive trade and practice act for which I'm going to sue them, not to mention Junior Bernal casually stated "between you and I" that he can lower my interest rate if I buy GAP and a Service Contract, that's consumer fraud, they lie to their consumers and the lenders in which they work with and submit deals to.

Worst car buying experience ever

From the beginning they were not honest. First said I would get a Costco cash card. Then said it was a mistake. Represented I had to buy paint warranty as it was already on the car, not true. Had to take brand new car for service, told me it was fixed. Arrived to find same problem existed. Told I would get a refund of paint warranty, still waiting. Called the GM Lewis left a message, no return phone call. Not exactly good service.

Early morning appointment

My service writer was very helpfull. The tv could be on a channel other than sports. There were women who where not at all interested in sports. Maybe a History or science channel would be a better fit for those waiting for their vehicles.

Ed Carr is the best!!!

I recently just purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze through Ed Carr. Ed was by far the best salesman, he was very polite and outgoing. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to make this purchase. He showed us all the cool features that the Cruze offers. The process was fast and easy with the help of Natasha in finance and having Ed having most of it already completed. I got my payment where I needed it to be with the help of Ed and Manny A. Overall I had a great car buying experience.
