WORTH THE LONG READ!! On December 18, 2019 I went to Elk Grove Kia to check out a Telluride. I had my mind made up to buy one and drove all the way from Stockton to Elk Grove. Upon my arrival, I parked my car in front of bunch of salesmen and began to check out a Telluride near where I parked. (Not a single one of the salesmen walked up.) I walk over to a Telluride that apparently was just delivered prior to my arrival. I asked to test drive the vehicle and salesman said we have to do some paperwork before going on a test drive. This guy ran my credit and started the process of buying and when I asked him I want to test drive the vehicle before I commit to it. He said "I need to see some kind of commitment." mind you I had just showed him my cash down payment. Apparently, that was not enough commitment for him. These guys judged me based on my car that I drove into their parking and how I was dressed. I looked like someone who cannot afford the car to them. Stay away from them I literally would not ever go there again. I am going to drive in there with my brand new vehicle just to rub it in their face. I almost forgot to mention, he ran a soft credit check and informed me how good my credit score is, saw a large cash down payment, and there was someone else who was starting the car and got to look at it more exclusively than I did despite being told "the car just arrived and the key is in the service department." Couldn't provide a reason why the key was there. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ELK GROVE KIA?????? Salesman name: Austin I believe

No Pressure - Good Experience all around

Tony helped us and we highly recommend him. He was no pressure, knew his vehicles, listened to our needs, and saw the entire process through. Liked all we worked with and found the experience to be fun and professional. Would definitely buy from Tony again at Elk Grove Kia.

Wonderful Experience

Simply stated...these guys rock. I knew what I wanted and made a reasonable offer over the phone. They accepted. I had prior fianancing arranged but these guys offered a better rate. I accepted and made an appt to pick up the car. Even though it was a slam dunk, the salesperson, Tony, spent as much time as needed to satisfy any questions or concerns. He spend more time explaining vehicle features than any other dealer I've been to. Very professional, very customer driven. If you are in the market for a Kia in the greater Sacramento area, Elk Grove Kia is the place to go.
