Bad experience

This dealer did not honor what the sales person said he would give . We waited 4 hours . Our information was not confidential due to other sales representives gathering around our info at a computer . We were promised by manny that we would be contacted by a manager Julio about our problems . Never got a call . Our contract signing was a headache with mistakes , unproffesional follow up . Sales representive knew nothing or how to explain anything . There is no communication within that team they call themselves when we were being called by different people for the same issue ( asked to go in and sing contract ) . Our credit was ten multiple times and days without us knowing . I would not recommend this dealership . Poor service and no follow up to better assist .

Terrific Service and Great Experience! Delano Chevy Buick GMC (Family Motors) is always being Super good in customer service attitude in all departments from this Special Delano Dealership. They really focus in their pledge "For the People" meaning that they all put the customers first, before everything else as their only mission is to change the world by helping people get the car they want and deserve but once you get it they also commit to the highest standards of customer service oriented in all aspects including top priority in their Service Department. You guys deserve not 5 stars but 10! Great customer service relationship means great reviews like this. I have being recommending Delano Chevrolet with everyone I know and will still do it as every time you service my vehicle you do it with such great attitude and courtesy far beyond expectations. Mike Greco provided excellent customer services. I had taken in my 2008 GMC a few weeks earlier and Mike gave me great services that I brought in my 2012 rather then Bakersfield. He followed up and kept he word {Very important to me}..

Having had my car multiple times for repair, i keep bringing it back because of Tom and Jr. They treat me very well and I think they really want to fix my issue. Being female makes it hard to find a srrvice team t gf at listens, i have found it with this pair

Don't even think about it!

They just want to rip you off! They don't fulfill the promises, be careful and ready to sign off on whatever they want! If you don't want to sign, they will escalate and even the manager will show up to make sure you buy a car from here. I won't ever come back and I will try to advise everybody I know!
