We love Sho - He is outstanding

by Harold and Noi on 08/01/2021

We just bought a 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude - Sho was the sales person. He even drove us to our bank to take care of financial matters. He also went out of his way to find what we needed and at the price range we could afford. He is truly outstanding and so is our 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude. We will recommend him to others. Thank you Sho.

If you don't want deal want to deal with pushy people, then avoid

by gmarat82 on 06/16/2014

I don't know why (but I guess it's just a global policy) but all (I mean all of them) VW dealerships in the US are extremely pushy. Once you step inside, they are desperately trying to sell you a car at all costs with an intensity that can be too much even for a street fraud guy. They only let you go if you become really straight, tough or (better be) even rude. I know that it could be said about many dealerships. But in VW, for instance, if you want to trade your car they take your car keys and won't give it back to you unless you demand them right away or they realize that you won't buy anything for sure. In addition, my example with this particular dealerships Here is my issue: I recently (June 11th) visited VW car dealership (Serramonte Volkswagen) with an interested to one of VW car models. What happened (not surprisingly) is the dealership people where so pushy that they where desperate to sell me a car right away and made 6 (!) credit inquires to different banks without even notifying me about that. Of course it impacted my already not perfect credit score. Total [non-permissible content removed]. The important thing is: I'm not saying that VW are bad cars. They are mostly pretty good cars. But those official VW dealerships are going to do anything but satisfy you. Yes I mean it. And yes I tried a number of them. Same story every time. If you are really want a VW I'd recommend to try to buy one avoiding official store.

Chance and errors?

by Errors on 08/15/2013

I was quoted for a new car with automatic transmission a way too low. The dealer tried to convince me that the sales person made a mistake and quoted for a model with manual transmission. It did not look good at all. Fortunately I used your advice and had another competitive quote from other dealer with me. so they beat that by few dollars. Looks like they really wanted to move 2013 inventory. They gave me a Sirius Radio start guide although my car is not equipped with satellite radio. The warranty book they gave me has no initial inspection, has no name or vin number in it and no warranty voucher! Ouch! I have to go back to straiten this one out. I did not know it could be this bad.

Dirty and not worth while.

by jaym83 on 09/27/2012

I went there interested in a truck. the out side looked ok. inside, loose wires, bootle caps, cigarette butts and garbage. i looked in another truck, same thing. looked in a car just to see, they never vacuumed it out sense the prior owner dropped it off. i told the sales person of this issue, "what can you do? details details" he said. I told him i would fire the guy that didnt do his job and clean it my self.
