I met Victor Lu three years before I was ready to buy a new Lexus. At that time he was very informative even knowing I wasn’t ready to buy a car. I appreciated all the time he spent with me. I wanted to make sure I buy my new car with him. This was the easiest purchase I’ve made. He’s very knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. Traded an NX 300F for an RX 350. Purchased the NX from Fernando Ferran and loved working with him so much that we asked for him when we were in the marked for an RX. He did not disappoint. Best Dealership Ever

I visited at least 6 dealerships in one day and the Lexus in Serramonte was by far the best! We were helped right away and Steve Bailey was amazing! Truly if you ever buy a car from Lexus you should go to him! He was extremely knowledgable and helped me narrow down cars as I was not fully sure what I wanted and what would be the right car. He was kind and patient and answered any and all questions! Thanks to Steve I was able to find the perfect car for me. The whole process was fun and smooth and if I ever buy another car I will 100% go back to this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car!

I wanted to buy a hybrid Lexus or Toyota and they are hard to come by. Waitlists, deposits and long waits at every dealership. Lexus of Serramonte delivered. Fernando was honest and communicative and reached out to me when a car became available. Despite short supply, Lexus of Serramonte doesn’t take deposits or mark up their cars. Full transparency from day one.

NO After Sale Service

I had to order a front license plate holder for my RX350 because the sales agent I had Mauricio Rodrigues was suppose to get one for this vehicle and has failed. Furthermore, he does not/will not return phone calls or text messages. Therefore I had to order it myself from the parts department and spend another $100.00. This question "Would you recommend this dealer to a friend?*" It needs a 3rd answer option and that is "Maybe" A simple Yes/No answer forces a Positive or Negative response.

Beware of Service Department

When I brought my car in for the first time to receive the complimentary service, my Service Rep, Dante, offered a choice between a loaner car or a shuttle. I chose the loaner car. The car was spotted with bird feces and the gas tank needle was just under full. Through out the day Dante was extremely persistent and asked me many times to make sure the tank was full when I returned, I explained to him that I would only pay for one gallon because round trip would only be an 18 mile drive. After dropping the loaner car off and filling up the promised one gallon of gas, Dante called back to accuse me of damaging one of the cars wheel's, I explained to Dante and the Service Manager that no parts of the car were damaged when I had it. The manager claimed that he will put a note on my record and they will not loan me the loaner car again. In short, beware of Serramonte's Lexus service department, they will attempt to nickle and dime a customer for gas money, and even create false claims of damage.
