The sales rep was friendly, helpful and patient with my wife and I. The sales manager was also very polite and helpful with explaining the contract to us. Overall the experience was great, I recommend people visit this dealership for a great car shopping experience.

This dealership is absolutely the best in town. They are incredibly helpful and have a great selection of New and pre owned inventory. I have bought 2 cars from here and I have had the best experience. I’ve bought cars out of town before but the dealers aren’t as good as Clovis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I don’t expect a thank you phrase from the people involved in the closing of the sale transaction but @ least in Jan. 2 , 2020 according to their email invitation they need 12 more vehicles to sell before closing the 2019 sales target. They got me for a jeep renegade I bought but never showed me a positive reaction especially to Ralph Valencia who just left my wife signing the contract with just the sale associate Frank Reynolds. We left the store w/ Renegade without a word from Ralph that night and no words from Frank the ff: day even until now just to say how’s the Renegsde goin’. Absolutely, no good after-sales customer service.

No Pressure JEEP Wrangler Sales Team

Bought a 2020 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited Sport Altitude 4X4 in January 2020 after test driving two very nice JEEP Gladiator pickups. The cost per feature was more than I wanted to afford. Went for the black trimmed White Sport Altitude with the 7” center screen and gauge cluster. After 4 hours of testing, reviewing and a slight negotiation, I finalized the deal for my 2016 Jeep Trade-in and final price. Overall, a very comfortable experience at Clovis CA JEEP Dealership.

Great Deal for a Ram 2500

We were browsing the web site and came across a great deal on a Ram 2500. Using the web, we expressed interest in the vehicle, details were sent to us in less than 30 minutes, and 30 Minutes later Nate the Internet Salesperson, called to follow up. The next day we visited the Dealership, met with Nate and purchased the truck in just a few hours. We have a small mix up, during the transaction, but feel overall the team at Clovis DJCR did a great job meeting our needs. PS we have an awesome vehicle, purchased for a great price.

Shady Sales Reps

We deal with 3 different so-called sales reps. Correction 2 sales reps and contract accountant. We made our offer with first teo then he went and got another rep that said we were getting a deal with what he wanted to sell it for. Then we were sent to the contract accountant with everything already typed up on what they wanted for the truck. It was a big farce, we never expected to pay this amount. Maybe if it was a 2500 4 x 4 diesel truck then it would have been a different story. With very little explsining and no brochures to show our warranty coverage we were just told to sign and initial numerous times. Before signing I kept saying we were getting ripped off and I wanted to walk out but left the decision to my husband. Well they took advantage of my husband and made the deal on their behalf where they ripped us off on the price. I even asked them if they would pay that much and rec'd no answer. I then asked how it felt for them to go home w/o a guilty conscious and if they could sleep at night by taking advantage of their consumers. Needless to say we signed the contract but after reading other reviews I don't stand alone and other consumers had cancelled their contract. We've have only driven this vehicle home from the dealership and haven't driven it since. So....we go back to talk to contract accountant and maybe the manager whom we've never met. No wonder car dealership reps are called "vultures". What happened to trust, honesty, human kindness and always making sure to making the customer happy. That doesn't happen with this dealership at all as far as we're concerned. We go back this even for trip # 3.
