We've dealt with a lot of dealers in the past and this was by far the best we'd had. We went in just to shop around and ended up having a real nice discussion with the sales associate Tyler and the sales manager Joe. We explained our situation and they were very understanding and not pushy in any way. They did try to get us a deal on our initial visit but it just wasn't in the cards. We let them know we would have to walk away and they were very understanding. After leaving we received a phone call the next day and they told us they could make us a deal that would work for us, which they did. We went down and signed all the paperwork and walked away with a brand new CX-5. The whole time we never felt bombarded, rushed, irritated or anything. Tyler was easy going, easy to talk to, down to earth, it was like talking to someone we'd been friends with for a long time. He did try to sell us on a few other things but he wasn't pushy or nagging about it and was fine when we declined. We would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.
