Jessup FTW!

It all started because Jessup happened to be the only dealer "near me" who had the vehicle in the color, specs and packages that I was looking for. I'm located in OC and they are about 2 hrs from me! Fernando a salesman contacted me upon my inquiry, we started talking about what I was looking for, deal, options, etc. The negotiation was super smooth, fair and willing to go back and forth with his sales manager, let's just say he made up for skipping leg day at the gym. We came to an agreement rather quickly, they don't mess around, either the deal is possible or not simple as that. Fernando, did all the paper work upfront, so by the time I arrived at the dealer all I did was go for a test drive and drool at all the other amazing inventory they had (Vettes to toss up, ZL1 camaros, etc) Oh and did I mention NO MARKUPS???. Later met with Cesar from finance, awesome guy who put absolutely no pressure on me to commit to any of their service plans, warranty, etc. he simply explained what they cover and want it or not? So there you go! my experience was by far the easiest, pleasant and I would definitely recommend you guys to check them out even if it means a 2 hr drive, it's definitely worth it! I would be coming back for that Black Vette 3LT lol! thanks guys for taking care of me!

Details Matter

My 15,000 oil/filter/tire rotation was needed for a road trip. 10 miles into the trip, the light came on saying two tires needed air. Seriously? You rotated my tires without checking air? Come on! As a solo female traveler, NOT breaking down on the freeway is kind of important to me. Pay attention to the small things...they really matter.

not happy

suppose to have truck for 7-10 days ending up 15days plus another trip back very bad about returning call back plus order parts for repair and ordered one wrong part and never checked when they received them had to reorder it cost me 5extra days rental car it does not seem they worried about it asked them to have dan Jessup to call me with no response from him he got the money that is the important thing I guess the people were very friendly but I think they lost a customer for I buy new every 2-3 years and I think I will be elsewhere for a more qualified dealer

I brought my truck into Jessup for a major service and to recondition my truck at their body shop .I prearranged this appointment with my service manager Leo due to the extensiveness of the list of repairs I asked for. Upon arrival I was given a new truck as my courtesy car as I use it for my construction business. My primary reason was to have my diesel smogged 3 weeks before the registration was due the rest of my list was due to convenience and didn’t want to ty my truck up during my busy season of work. There was a small lap of time in picking up my truck because the computer would not reset allowing my truck to be smoged. After 3 weeks I was asked to pick up my truck and drive it for some time so it would reset .I drove it for a week and returned my truck passed smog .Unfortunately my time line expired and was required to pay $300 in late registration penalties’ I don’t hold Jessup responsible for this because of the amount of work I requested complicated this request ,.If I brought it in for smog only it would of complied with my timeline, I hold no one responsible for that . The rest of my mechanical repair was preformed satisfactory. I have had my truck for 5 years now and it showed a little wear and tear so I sent it into your body shop for minor body and paint at this time, I also requested it to be detailed to showroom condition .When I picked up my truck the new appearance was beyond all of my expectations, It looked brand new inside and out under the chassis and the hood it was show quality, Larry Rogers is the best ,nothing like the previous experience I had with Hamlet a 100% improvement .This was a good experience and worth every cent .

Over the Top Professionalisim

At Jessup auto Plaza the days of high pressure, bait and switch car sales are long gone. No suede shoe greasy sales people. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I usually walk into Car Dealers with my guard up, teeth clenched and ready for battle. None of that needed here. If you hate buying cars, Try Jessup. They will prove their is another way, a better way and you will walk away amazed that car buying can be this satisfactory.

Jessup Is THE Place to buy a VOLT.

Just purchased another Volt at Jessup. Got a new 2017 Premier on Friday and definitely enjoyed the dealership and the process. The newly reorganized service department is a big plus there also. They've always handled my visits very well. The Volt is a great car so I don't have to make many visits there at all which is good but why I do, the rock it out!

2016 suburban

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Suburban LT ......got a great price over the phone, went down there and by the time I got there ,had all the paperwork set up . Brian Noble was my salesman did a great job I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Brian and see him on their next purchase . Brian took the time to go through all the features and gadgets that the Suburban offers which was great. This is a family owned and operated business I'll see them again on my next purchase!

Beautiful Car, Terrific Price

Good Timing GMs overstock was obvious at Jessup they had a lot of Used and New Camaro's on the lot to choose from, This is my second purchase of a Camaro from Jessup in 5 years and it went very well, I had purchased a 2011 LT2 with the RS package 5 years ago but sold it when I bought my house in a mountain community in Dec 2013 since the last 3 years has seen little snow just an inch or two, I traded my AWD Honda Crosstour for a Camaro again, I'm very happy to have it back I've really missed it and although I would have loved a 2016 or 17 Generation 6 Camaro the Look and fun of the Gen 5, 2015 Convertible RS LT2 Camaro is still a Besutiful and fun car to own, considering the price difference it's perfectly fine, they have done a beautiful job on the 2015 compared to the 2011 I had bought 5 years ago. Ken my salesman was perfect he really went to bat for me and got me everything I wanted, my experience at Jessup this time was even better than my last in 2011. Sheri in the service dept was there when I purchased my car and she was as Sweet and friendly as ever, I line dealing with Jessup very much, I will eventually trade up to the 6th Generation Camaro and will go to Jessup when that time comes.

keep breaking and say replace battery

this car keep breaking and troubling to me and all they do is replace battery and say fixed when it come from under warranty then the going to say u need this and this what the cost is yet u bring to shop over and over for same type repair. it have happen 3x. before replace radio, said replace battery , cannot answer question cause had to bring back cause all part not reinstall, actually scared of car. bought new other buick owned much better

Jessup Chevrolet, Cathedral City, CA

I had searched every Chevrolet and GMC dealer on the internet in all of Southern California looking for a Colorado or Canyon crew cab, 4 x 4 with specific options. I was searching for one of two exterior colors and no black interior. I found two vehicles at Jessup Chevy so I contacted them through their internet service. I received a prompt reply. From there on out, each communication between us was promptly answered and professional. During the entire process I was treated with respect and was never pressured. I made an offer on the vehicle and within 20 minutes I had a positive answer. We made an appointment for November 25 to drive the hour and a half to check out the vehicle. No pressure at all to make the purchase, which we did. In the finance office, there was no pressure to buy an extended warranty or extra services. We made the deal, signed paperwork and were finished in about 2 hours. Not bad at all. Thanks very much to Gordon, Miguel, Aaron and Ceasar for their professionalism. I would be happy to deal with them again and recommend them. Besides, how can you beat the weather in Palm Springs!!

Great Salesman Billy W

I have bought 3 Escalades, Chevy truck and Cadillac ATS from Jessup. The last 3 vehicles i had the same salesman Billy, he has always been professional . He is a no pressure salesman (not up ones butt) while you shop. As long as Billy is at Jessup he will remain my salesman. I will not work with anyone else. When I take vehicles in for servicing they are fast at returning my vehicle, they also provide me with a free rental car for the day since I live 1 1/2 hours away.
