Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a new car was a happy experience at the Chrystal Dealership. Our new 2017 Doge Ram truck will share our garage with our 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan.

Ernie Sandez did a great job of explaining the order process for our Durango. And when we picked up our new car, he was very helpful in the orientation process. Jose was easy to deal with when it came to selecting an extended warranty

Sad experience here; purchased a Jeep Cherokee on 3-31-15. Long story short I was 'conned' into signing a purchase contract with a service contract which I did not want, with some outfit called 'Century'. It added $2900 to my total contract and I told the finance guy twice I did notwant it. Stupid me. Now I probably have to find an attorney to get me out of a contract I don't need or want.
