My truck that I purchased from 3 way in February had been waiting for recalled hitch receiver, due bill-touch up paint and then missing lugg nut lock key so tires can be rotated.!! Still waiting for dealership to return calls

every single time i have to go there for car recall, the next day or within a few hours, something goes wrong with car. its obvious they are making more work for themselves. I had a water pump leak everywhere, took it to pep boys, said water pump shot, called 3 way, towed it over told them pep boys ...

Took in my truck for a check engine light. Was never contacted by the dealership to let me know what was going on. 3 days later I call and all they could tell me is the part is on backorder. I got my truck back it isn't fixed yet 2 weeks later and I can't smog it because the check engine light is on...

I took my vehicle in for a service engine light. After paying about $500 the service engine light came back on after 36 hours.
