Rear end / alignment service

onAlex in service has always been awesome! Great guy to deal with. I understand with all the recalls that there will be a delay. The rear end replacement took two weeks, ok. But when I picked up my truck, the alignment was WAY off and my truck was "crab walking" down the road and the steering wheel was way off and sideways. Took it back in for that to be fixed and it was another two weeks. Was without my truck for almost
the whole month of August and into September (5th). That's a long time to be without my truck. When picking up vehicles from service, wish they would wash them like motor city does. Truck has just been washed when it went in for the second time. Picked up very dusty.
