onI have a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited. So far, I have had the following replaced: Air-conditioning unit, back up camera, and several modules (whatever those are). It has also had several updates on the My Ford Touch (which is garbage). I had it in the shop last week and now my airbag light is on. They do not have appointments available for 10 more days! Whenever my car is there, it is there for several days. They are always very friendly, but often don't seem to know how to fix the problems and my car is never ready on time. The last time I was there, when I came to pick it up, they brought me the wrong car! Trying to make an appointment at the other Ford dealer on Gasoline Alley. Hopefully, things will go better there.
