Is there any incentives/specials for lease packages? I appreciate the help in advance!

Both dealers tell me that the programs expire each month and I could be looking at much different programs in 90 days. The two deals are close, but there is more going on than just the selling price difference. I've used an internet lease calculator and one on my palm pilot and I can't figure out where the difference happens. Any and all help appreciated.
