I had a 2 year lease which expired November 2007. I was able to get an extention to be able to get into the new model through November 2008. I am being told by the dealer (Danbury, CT) that I am not eligible for the Loyalty Cash since I got the extention. Has anybody run into this issue? Doesn't sound kosher to me as how does an extention have anything to do with loyalty. A4 owner since December 1995!

A few questions in order to compare to what im shopping. How much is security deposit or TOTAL out of pocket. Does payment include sales tax and does car have any options-I assume so with sticker price being over 35k. I usually shop for lease by monthly payment but I do a lot of reasearch and put very little cap cost reduction and I think i usually come out with a fair to good deal. I kind of have a sense on what a good lease payment is going to be and what isnt depending on the car. This car is brand new and Ive heard Audi sales are not down as much as a lot of manufacturers so the deal will not be as aggressive. Let me know as Im shopping this car as well. Also the g35 and cts.

The largest dealership in the area is New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT. The selections are good, rather easy to deal for cars in the lots. Good luck.
2009 Audi A4

Hi I am also interested in the new 2009 A4. I went to one dealer by the Palisade Mall in NJ and he basically said if you want one you need to order it because the first arrivals are already sold. My assumption is that if you want to be the first person on your block to get one you will not get a good deal. You will have to wait until Oct at the earliest but probably more like Dec. If I get one it will be from a dealer in either Westchester or Greenwich CT. Good luck. Let me know how you make out. I am also looking at the new 2009 Acura TL all wheel drive that will be out around the same time as the Audi.

At a dealer in CT, I was offered $200 under invoice for a nicely loaded 2008 A3 and $2000 under invoice for a pretty bare bones A3. I passed on both because he lured me back to the dealership when I told him I was going with 2006 pre-owned by telling me the fully loaded one was $2000 under invoice. When we sat down to finalize the deal, he told me he made a mistake and the one I wanted was only $200 under invoice. At that point, I decided to go with the 2006 pre-owned that was pretty nicely loaded. The sales person told me the incentives were based on the age of the vehicle, and that they were getting a rebate from Audi.

Hi everybody.....curious what people think about the deal I was offered. A dealership near me has a 05.5 S4 with 600 miles on it. It has nav, bose, prem, and they are talking about invoice for a price. It would come out to about 50k.....does that sound fair? What's the difference between 05.5 and 06? They told me I can still get new car financing on it...don't know where the 600 miles came from, but since it's an 05.5 it's been around for a while. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
