I've purchased seven new Hyundais from this dealer. There was a period where customer relations were questionable. However, since "new management" took over one couldn't ask for more. The general manager, service manager and sales folks are superb. Prices very competitive and happy, happy, happy.

I was given one price when I arrived. I spent maybe 2-3 hours with the salesman and asked another 3 or 4 times if the advertised price was the price I could drive it off the lot for. He assured me yes that was the price. At the very end he excused himself to talk to his manager and came back telling me that because I hadn't owned a Hyundai previously he was going to have to charge me an additional $500.00, but it was still a good deal. I couldn't believe it - what a waste of my time. I told him I would have to discuss the new cost with my wife, and walked out. Never to return!!

I went to this dealer with the intention of buying a Sante Fe SUV. I researched and found the True Market Value of the vehicle I wanted. The dealer would only discount the MSRP with the avaliable rebates. The salesman started using high pressure to force a decision that day. Then the sales manager got involved and he was short and rude with me. I left with the feeling of not wanting to even buy a new car. I will not be coming back to this dealer.

My wife and i just left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouth. The manager was very rude and short with the both of us. buying a car isn't a decision that everyone makes in a single day. We were very disappointed in the tactics used from our local Hot Springs dealer. I will not buy a car from them now or in the future. If you decide they are right for you---Good Luck!
