Took my truck to Nunally in Bentonville I drove it there to have it checed bumper to bumper it was back in there 6 times and now it has been parked since we paid them almost $2700 dollars for the work done. Now the transmission is out in it and it drove fine into their shop.The transmission had been rebuilt alittle over a year before this and by very reputable shop and had been shifting fine until I took it to them. They let me drive out of there shop with blown transmission seal that was caused by them and what work they done was shabby and will have to be redone as far as there mechanics being certified they must print them out their own certificates, cause I have talked to the ASC mechanics where they issue them. I tried to work it out with them and they just kept passing me from one person to another and each one told a different story and if you buy tires make sure you ask about guarentee cause I assumed all tires came with road hazard at their prices but the salesperson neglected when purchased to tell me they didn't that its extra so pay top price for tires and they don't even give you road hazard. Well when they refused to work it out with me in any shape or form to be fair to both of us instead I got different stories from each person and going to owner hisself and he just passed me off to one of his flunkies. So I filed a claim with the BBB which they are not a member and it came down to have someone come in and basically arbitrate what happened and rule who is right I agreed to it and they refused it and they wont take responsibility for their sloppy and second hand work they don't stand behind their work they did nothing but cover it up with different stories. I talked to several accredited shops including other Chevrolet dealers and they all agreed that they blew the transmission pumping it. Just a warning find a garage and get a warranty or guarentee in writing I have been wihout my truck now for a year because 0f them and I have been on foot go to another Chevrolet dealership.... Their emails even denied we had to bring truck back as many times the last time they said in and out the same day and the next week my friend seen it hid behind shop and it hadnt moved for days until I called and confronted them. Don't trust them. Now its gonna cost us $1100 at least to fix what we paid them $2700 to fix..If you need repairs go somewhere else or if you make the mistake and go there then get what they tell you in writing from each one you talk to cause they all got different stories. If they want to keep deleting this post I will build a wehsite dedicated to it they are already on rip off website and also a negative with the BBB whoever is flagging this to be removed is someone who cant stand to have truth told hiding behind lies and there money. This site is for rants and raves. Cant take heat stay out of the business or hire some more qualified help that truly is certified and know what they are doing. They should be a stand up company and stand behind their work or quit.
