We had a problem with the battery not holding a charge on a new car. They replaced the battery plus verified there wasn't a problem on a steering recall issue and washed the car. All of this was at no charge to us.

They made it super easy to make an appointment for my oil change online. I waited at the dealership, where they had plenty of seating, a coffee maker, and waters. Oil change, tire rotation, and a wash were all done under an hour. Daniel was great and friendly!

Yuma Honda was outstanding from start to finish. Service advisor Erick treated me like royalty. I am from Nebraska here with my wife for some appointments and he arranged a ride for me to and from my motel. He called and said I needed one more item taken care of and the price. I have been to many Honda dealers for service and Yuma Honda is #1 in my book. Other Honda service departments should go to Yuma Honda for a Honda service 101 refresher.
