Efficient, friendly, no-pressure experience! I got my dream vehicle, and the entire process was swift and painless. Julio (sales rep) and Dan (finance) are both knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. They also work together well. Both offered above-and-beyond time and guidance. It was a great experience overall, and, while I plan to keep this vehicle for a long time, I will absolutely go back and ask for Julio and Dan when it is time to trade in.

I took my car in for a service and was told that the tires were rotated every service (I take it in every 5,000 miles), the tires were not rotated. I then question if what you tell me you did is the truth! I did immediately speak with my service writer, he called the technician who worked on my car and verified the tires had NOT been rotated. He took it to the supervisor and because it was the end of the day and you were closing and I needed to get home asked me to bring it back the following week. i had to take time out of my schedule to bro g my car in once again. I can say they got right on it and I was in and out fairly quickly, but the fact remains I was inconvenienced because your staff did not do what they were supposed to do. My latest visit to Alexander Ford was excellent. Al made the appointment when I called, then met me when I drove in. He is friendly and efficient. I will probably ask for him when I'm due another oil change. I was in and out quickly. The car was returned to me clean and neat. I will definitely recommend Alexander Ford.
