Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I ordered a truck from Jones Auto Center with a 6.5 foot bed. After taking delivery I discovered that the bed was 8 feet long when it would not fit in my carport/garage. When I confronted Jones Auto Center, the salesperson told her manager I ordered the wrong truck. When I corrected the sales manager, he said that since I signed the order form I was responsible. When I pointed out that the bed length was not specified on the order form, he admitted that they were responsible but that I still bore some responsibility because I should have caught their error before taking delivery. Really? Their only offer to me to resolve this is for them to sell me another truck and take this one in on trade. I find using their mistake to try to make another sale really sleazy even for a car salesman.
