I would highly recommend the VW Chapman 22nd Street site for service and sales. I recently had an auto accident where my Passat was totaled. I knew that I would get the help and a great car by my past experience with this dealership. It was a pleasure working with Sales Paul Fernandez again, he had also helped me with the purchase of a Scion for my grandson recently. I stayed within the VW line and bought another great vehicle, reliable, and within my financial means.

Over the past two days my wife and I have had the pleasure of buying a new Tiguan from Ryan Fuller. Ryan is very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen line and was an immense help in guiding us through the decision/purchase/delivery stage of buying our new Tiguan. I am a disabled person and I don't get around too very well. Ryan was very patient, understanding, polite, and helpful.If you are in the market for a new Volkswagen I would highly recommend Ryan Fuller and the entire Chapman crew.

I would not shop here again. In fact, I had such a bad experience, I will not go to any dealership owned by Chapman. To put a long story short-- I have learned the true meaning of Beware used car dealers from my experience at this dealer. Don't waste your time.

This was definitely the best car buying experience for me. The entire staff was so nice. They were so nice to me and helped me to get the car I wanted. There was no pressure and they were very patient with me. When it's time for my next car, I definitely want to come back to Chapman.

We went to close a lease deal on Memorial Day, which I'd started working out a couple of days earlier while my car was in service. Even though the vehicle my wife and I wanted was not available at the dealer, they agreed on having it delivered, provided that we signed the lease agreement We did agree to sign the document based on the numbers we had settled upon, including my trade-in. A couple of days later, I called the dealer to get an update on the new vehicle’s arrival date, and to my surprise, they replied that in order to have the vehicle delivered I would have to come up with a higher monthly payment due to the fact that VW Credit had not approved the lease as it was previously settled because of my credit score, which the dealer had assured me wouldn't affect the deal as it was originally stipulated. Needless to say that at this point, we were so upset that we decided to back up from the deal all together. To add to our frustration we could not get a hold of the manager who we were initially dealing to get an explanation. The bottom line is that the lack of professionalism and unscrupulous business practices are a total insult to the people who Volkswagen is supposed to advocate for, by branding itself as the “people’s car". My wife and I have been VW drivers for many years, and have never been treated like this by any other VW dealer, but it seems that this kind of dirty business practice is becoming more the norm among some car dealers, especially when they are the only VW dealer in town. On the positive side, we got a much better cash deal for our vehicle in a private pary sale, so now we can be better prepared when shopping for a new car which unfortunately won't be a VW. Last but not least, I just hope this complaint might be read by some of the VW corporate guys so they can take action to prevent this kind of situations from contributing to spoil the VW brand name which has been built around customer's loyalty.

I went to Chapman.com looking for a vehicle and got hooked up with Len Luskin, the Internet Sales Manager. He was very helpful right off the bat. We test-drove a car that I didn't like at all and right away he found something else that suited my needs better. He listened to my requirements; everything from color, size, horsepower, etc. He put the whole deal together himself without wasting my time. I was in and out of there very fast. Len is funny and interesting and made the car buying experience great!!! I was very nervous and he helped me through it all with ease. He is very comfortable with what he does and knows his product, even the used cars! When I am ready, I will go back to Chapman to find Len and have him help me purchase my next vehicle. Thanks, Len!!!
